Luke Martin is an experienced trial attorney and partner at Bratcher Martin, LLP. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law, Luke returned home to northwest Georgia and began serving as a prosecutor. In his career as a prosecutor, Luke tried and prosecuted a wide range of cases from DUI to capital murder and racketeering (RICO).
At Bratcher Martin, LLP, Luke has continued his thriving appellate practice. In his career, Luke has won dozens of appeals at the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia and successfully argued several landmark cases that changed the legal landscape for attorneys throughout Georgia.
Luke is a native of Floyd County, Georgia and graduated from Armuchee High School. He is active in his community and lives in Rome with his wife, Sarah, and two children. Luke continues to serve as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve and has served as special victims’ counsel, trial counsel, military justice advisor, and brigade judge advocate for one of the largest brigades in the Army Reserve.
