Cleared of All Charges

Partner Stewart Bratcher, along with co-counsel Richard Blevins and Ahren Johnson of Blevins and Hong,PC obtained a NOT GUILTY verdict on all counts following a multi-day trial in Bartow County Superior Court. Their client was charged with 5 counts of Aggravated Assault, 3 counts of Possession of a FirearmDuring the Commission of a Crime, 1 count of Battery, and 1 count of Cruelty to Children. He spent 7months in custody prior to acquittal, and is grateful for the opportunity to return home.
